The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has collaborated with industry leaders to develop a comprehensive competency model framework for the information technology industry. The model is designed to evolve along with changing skill requirements. The Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) has committed to designing a wiki model to enable ETA and its industry partners to keep this tool current.
