The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has collaborated with industry leaders to develop a comprehensive competency model framework for the Generation, Transmission and Distribution sector of the Energy Industry. The model is designed to evolve along with changing skill requirements. The Center for Energy Workforce Development has committed to working with industry partners to keep this tool current.
