Need help paying for training or education?

Unemployment training funds. You may qualify for training help through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program. Services vary by state. To find out if you qualify, contact your local One-Stop Career Center (this will open in a new window; enter your Zip code or city and state to find the One-Stop Career Centers near you).  

Federal financial aid. Visit Opportunity.gov to learn about federal financial aid. Programs like the Pell Grant can provide up to $5,300 for costs at community colleges, colleges and universities, and many trade and technical schools.
